Mintive, an early-stage startup focused on agent identity and enterprise security, has officially closed a new round of funding. The company attracted investments from prominent venture firms Cowboy Ventures and Coatue, alongside high-profile angel investors including Jeff Dean and Andrej Karpathy.

Co-founded by two engineers with decades of combined artificial intelligence research experience at institutions like Google Brain and Coursera, Mintive is developing infrastructure designed to help corporate IT departments easily monitor and govern autonomous enterprise agents.

As artificial intelligence agents become more deeply integrated into daily business workflows, organizations face growing challenges regarding authorization, security, and administrative oversight. Mintive’s platform aims to address these concerns by offering centralized visibility and control over autonomous systems operating within corporate environments.

The newly secured capital will support the ongoing development of Mintive’s core technology and expand its engineering team as the startup prepares for broader market adoption.
