Cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike has reached an agreement to acquire artificial intelligence security startups Fiddler and Dreadnode in a transaction valued at approximately $495 million.

The strategic move is designed to integrate advanced AI agent observability and automated AI security testing capabilities directly into the company’s flagship CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

As enterprises increasingly deploy complex artificial intelligence models and autonomous agents, securing these implementations against evolving threats has become a critical operational priority. The integration of Fiddler and Dreadnode is expected to bolster the Falcon platform’s ability to monitor, secure, and test enterprise AI deployments at scale.
