Regional accounting firm Larson Gross has expanded its operations in Washington state following the acquisition of Blume Keeney. The transaction, which took effect in mid-September, deepens the acquiring firm footprint across Snohomish County and the broader Puget Sound market.
Expanding Regional Reach
Blume Keeney operates a single office located in Everett, Washington, supported by a compact team consisting of three partners and one staff member. By integrating this practice, Larson Gross builds upon its existing network in the Pacific Northwest.
Larson Gross maintains its headquarters in Bellingham, Washington, and holds a recognized status as an Accounting Today Regional Leader within the western United States. The firm operates with a workforce of 179 employees and 16 partners distributed across five offices, recording annual revenue of $32.3 million.
Strategic Growth and Leadership
Kelli Visser, chief executive officer at Larson Gross, emphasized the alignment between the two organizations regarding client engagement and advisory standards. According to Visser, the integration aims to build upon the foundation established by Blume Keeney.
- Acquisition effective mid-September
- Adds an Everett office location
- Brings in three partners and one employee
This transaction follows another strategic move earlier in the month when Larson Gross acquired ScaleUp Financial Solutions to broaden its consulting and advisory offerings. Additionally, the firm joined Current as a platform organization in February 2025, marking a period of ongoing corporate development and service expansion.
